TCOR Insurance Management can trace its roots in Beeville back to 1898. The agency changed ownership several times, most notably in 1973 when James Brooke purchased it. By 1990, through hard work and determination, James established Brooke Insurance as the dominant local agency in Beeville and surrounding counties. 

In 2006, the perpetuation of the agency was cemented with the creation of TCOR Insurance Management, Ltd. TCOR consists of James' two sons, Brannon and Cory Brooke, and Rick Dudney.

On May 1, 2010, TCOR Management opens their new main office just off the downtown square of New Braunfels, TX (396 N. Seguin Ave).
